Our Child Asthma Action plan is designed especially for children aged six to 11.

It tells you:
• how to look after your child's asthma every day
• what to do if your child's asthma symptoms are getting worse
• what to do if your child is having an asthma attack and when to call 999.

To print this leaflet:

If your printer can print on both sides (double-sided), select the following settings:

• Double-sided, or Print on Both Sides
• Flip on Short Edge

Fold into three sections along the vertical lines.

If your printer does not print on both sides (double-sided):

1. Print the first page only
2. Turn the printed paper over holding the short side of the page. The blank side should be facing up.
3. Put the paper back into the printer
4. Print the second page using the same paper
5. Fold into three sections along the vertical lines
