Our asthma action plan is designed for adults and children aged 12 and over (ملائم للأعمار فوق 12 عاماً فقط).

It tells you:
• how to look after your asthma every day
• what to do if your asthma symptoms are getting worse
• what to do if you’re having an asthma attack and when to call 999

To print this leaflet:

If your printer can print on both sides (double-sided), select the following settings:

• Double-sided, or Print on Both Sides
• Flip on Short Edge

Fold into three sections along the vertical lines.

If your printer does not print on both sides (double-sided):

1. Print the first page only
2. Turn the printed paper over holding the short side of the page. The blank side should be facing up.
3. Put the paper back into the printer
4. Print the second page using the same paper
5. Fold into three sections along the vertical lines
